The weekend is here and I've got to say, the weather is quite nice. It's allowing some experimenting with the florals and bright colours. Shorts there and light shirts, no jerseys please! I guess people will be going out and others going to various events. I suggest light(not bare) dressing and do enjoy your weekend.

Heritage day done well

How was the holiday? I hope you enjoyed the long weekend and that it was safe.
Well I have seen a lot of traditional outfits, and this one is the ultimate definition of perfection for me. It is not exaggerated, and the colour-coordination is on point. We are used to seeing older women dressed like this, but she made it more funky, the red converse sneakers, and lipstick brings it to life.
It is well done, just simple and elegant. This just goes to show that culture can still be emraced in this modern society that we find ourselves in...*be_happy

Coming into a new week, some people are on holiday, well a long weekend to put it correctly. I hope you are all not drowning into the fashion blues, with Heritage Day tomorrow,and South Africans will as usaul be suiting up into their traditional clothes. One tip that I have is: Don't overDo it. Keep it cool and combined but be elegant. The aim is to always outlook everyone but people always do it wrongly, JUST KEEP IT COOL.If the weather allows you, show some skin, but not your assets, we don't want to end up vomitting now do we? It has been quite a while since I have posted, but I am certainly back with a bang. On the above picture is a brother who's dressed for an ordinary day. Simple yet composed and every item on the outfit is complementary with another item. It is flattering his body but it's not too much.
This blog is not only limited to the ladies, because style is not limited to gender, it is undiscriminative. And in my view, sometimes it seems as if men can dress much better than women, that's if they don't dress commonly and in a usual way. Enjoy style, beautiful beings.
